Dallas Military Maintenance is a Veteran-owned commercial maintenance and janitorial service company based in the Dallas-Fort-Worth metropolis in Texas.
Our GOAL is to offer the best possible cleaning services, and honor our veterans at the same time by providing them gainful employments in line with military discipline; as you know, all US veterans are taught from the first day of boot camp to keep everything military clean. White glove inspections were the order of the day. Let’s put a dent in our local veteran unemployment problem together. Help us to give a job to US veterans who have served honorably and are now work ready.
We are part of the US Military Maintenance Network of commercial janitorial companies, a nationwide initiative to employ US veterans in the commercial maintenance industry. We are looking for Companies that want to participate in this program so that we can hire and train local work ready US veterans to maintain the professional image that your company deserve.
When you allow us to serve you, we will use the social media infrastructure of HirePatriots to inform everyone of your assistance in the fight to end veteran unemployment. Also note that 10% of all revenues for Dallas Military Maintenance under the guidance of the USMM is donated back to HirePatriots and Patriotic Hearts, both 501(c)3 non-profit entities that are dedicated to cause of ending veterans' unemployment in our country.
Our Services
Our military is taught from day one that they must have pride in oneself, in their unit and in their country. Everything must be cleaned and inspection-ready in order to maintain the health and welfare of all others. We will apply this same military philosophy while maintaining your property. Our veterans and their families will ensure that your property is cleaned to your satisfaction, and while doing so we will help put an end to veterans' unemployment in our area.
My name is Grace Ajayi. Before joining the United States Army Reserve, I worked as cashier/waitress for different companies in Oklahoma City. I joined the United States Army Reserve on December 5th, 1997 and went off to boot camp January 5th, 1998 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and boy was that training eye opening and grueling! However it was worth every minute and I graduated! I went ahead to complete my AIT training as a Finance Management Technician (36B) as they call it today, formerly called Finance Specialist (73C) at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. I was stationed in Norman, Oklahoma with Headquarter at Fort Hood in Killeen, TX.
During my time in the service my duties as a Financial Management Technician were as follows:
Since I was in the Army Reserve, I took advantage of the time to complete my Bachelors in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma City University in December of 2000. I also got promoted to Sergeant and successfully completed my PLDC training June 2002.
I was honorably discharged from the United Army Reserve on December 5, 2005 as Sergeant Grace Ajayi something that am very proud of. Learned a whole lot!
Today, I have my MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Houston-Victoria and currently work as an IT Project Management in the aviation industry.
Joining the Army, especially when I was told growing up that the military was not for women, felt fulfilling for me. Through the experience, I learned what it means to be dedicated, motivated, timely, disciplined, courageous, organized, and supportive, looking military smart and military clean! LOL ;-)
Considering my experience in the military as I transitioned from the military I wanted to still hone on my experience to support the world that we live in. Cleanliness, they say, is next to godliness, so my husband Olugbenga and I decided to start a cleaning service business to serve our community and show them how we can ensure that their offices and homes are military cleaned and maintained. Every veteran knows what it is to do a job well even unto death, considering this fact we wanted to help provide an avenue where our veterans’ skills and experiences can be best used while they get compensated as well for an excellent job. This is the reason why we joined US Military Maintenance to support our troops the best way we know how.
We encourage you all to join us in this laudable cause. Thank you!
